Drawing inspiration from Sarah Vaughan, Tommy McCook and Cole Porter, Ava has been busy over the last 12 months recording new material for an album. You can expect to hear the sounds of Old Skool Jazz / Ska from the 40's-50's era and featured artistes will include Pee-Wee Ellis and some of the old Ska / Brass players like TanTan (Jool's Holland's band).
Having worked with the likes of Gregory Isaacs, Robin Thicke, The Black Seeds and championed by David Rodigan and the legendary Sly and Robbie (who produced Ava's debut album) 2012 will see the long awaited return for singer / songwriter
